Summer in baby blue...
Ruffled collar, puff sleeved beauty.
I got this dress as a Christmas present from my mom off Etsy. Its a vintage, and I love it.
I thought for sure it would fit! Needless to say, I think someone else should be wearing this dress.
I shortened it, it's ready for summer.
